Goal Update:

Once again thank you all so much for your generous support. We have reached 95% of our goal with 3 days left!

Please continue to share our page to ensure we make this happen: https://makeithappen.newhaven.edu/csi

Progress Update:

We are continuing to test the multiplayer component of the game. Working features include: Desktop projection, powerpoint presentations, website browsing, forensic tool accessibility, 3d spacial voice chat

We are now testing different methods of interaction within a virtual environment. We are looking at the possibilities of using Leap Motion technology (https://www.leapmotion.com) to pick up objects and interact with a keyboard inside the game.

Goal Update:

Thank you to everyone who donated so far! Because of your generous donations we have reached 60% of our goal! We need YOUR continued support to reach $3,000 and bring Cyber Scene Investigator to life.

Please share on social media and ask family and friends to check out our page:

https://makeithappen.newhaven.edu/csi

Progress Update:

We have been working hard to add features onto Cyber Scene Investigator that will make it unlike any other experience. Your support has inspired us to add a multiplayer component to the game:

  • Teachers will be able to give lectures entirely in virtual reality.

  • Students will have fully functioning desktop access entirely in virtual reality.

  • Students will be able to collaborate and complete exercises as a team entirely in virtual reality.

We are continuing to beta test these features to make them as user friendly as possible.

Thank you for your help!
